Analyze occupancy needs after a significant reorganization and acquisition. Create strategy for use of manufacturing buildings while considering a major employee reshuffle.

Outcome:

A significant reorganization and recent acquisition at Callaway Golf prompted the organization to evaluate their current real estate portfolio and occupancy needs.  With SpaceTrak’s forecasting and adjacency planning capabilities, the organization was able to confidently assess the reuse of the campus and allow for an educated implementation process for the Architectural and Engineering teams.  Callaway Golf successfully reduced their real estate holdings from nine to eight buildings, while ensuring their workforce needs were met.
